Lola G’s releases powerful new single “HeartQuake”

Lola G., classical soprano, pianist, and songwriter, has released a brand-new music video.

“The song is called ‘HeartQuake,’ and I wrote it after my dear Italian friend Anna Marra established the HeartQuake charity to help Italian families and communities after the devastating earthquakes in central Italy,” Lola said.

“HeartQuake” is a hopeful ballad with inspirational lyrics such as,  “Together forever, and stronger than ever… we’ll write new songs and we’ll build new homes, and we’ll laugh again through the tears of loss.” Lola’s beautiful soprano voice always impresses and her conviction and passion are evident.

The music video that accompanies the song was filmed on the Kent Coast in England. “I was looking for a specific location with a clear and easily accessible beach that was also close to London,” Lola said. “The castle, ruins, and, above all, these beautiful white cliffs over the blue sea attracted me the most. You forget that this is actually the English coastline!”

Lola’s collaborators on “HeartQuake” were arranger Dimitri Scarlato and designer Antonio Riva. The video was filmed by Igor Fain and produced by her husband.  Lola is asking her supporters to donate and raise awareness about the charity that her song is named after. Lola teased that “The song will definitely go into my new album, but for now I’m happy to be able to share with you this new music video, which I hope you’ll enjoy as much as I did creating it with Igor, running between the beach and the cliffs.”
