Classical Crossover Star 2023 Competition Finalists Revealed

Classical Crossover Magazine, the premier platform for all things related to the classical crossover genre, is thrilled to announce the finalists of the first ever Classical Crossover Star 2023 competition. They are (in alphabetical order):

Garri Setyan – Ukraine

Stephanie Horowitz-Mulry – United States

Victoria Gydov – Canada

The semi-finalists were selected by popular vote (5 in total) and our editor also had one pick. The auditions were carefully reviewed by our esteemed panel of judges:

  • Gillian Riesen: President and Founder of Emitha LLC
  • Grace Foley: Recording/Performing Artist and Vocal Coach
  • Joanna Rawlinson: Radio Presenter and Podcast Host
  • Joanna Forest: Best Selling Classical Soprano & Broadcaster
  • Joshua Goines: Director of Music, Composer
  • Natasha Hardy: Recording/Performing Artist and Songwriter
  • Paul Ettore Tabone: West End Performer and Recording Artist
  • Stefania Passamonte: President of London Performing Academy of Music & Concert Pianist

The winner of the Classical Crossover Star 2023 competition will be revealed on December 17th at our magazine’s annual “A Crossover Christmas” concert. This virtual holiday concert promises to be a special event filled with beloved classics, carols and standards of the season. The concert will be available free to stream worldwide via the official Classical Crossover Magazine YouTube channel.
