“Echos” from Kristee Haney

“ECHOS” is a beautiful collection of classical art songs and standards from The Great American songbook. Mezzo-soprano Kristee Haney personifies the versatility opera singers need to succeed today. Her voice is colorful, free, and well-balanced throughout the classical material. In the modern repertoire, Kristee mixes in the right amount of speech quality and a delicious smokiness. The production supports her in striking the right balance between piano and voice in this virtual recital. It is clear that whatever the stage, Kristee will shine.

Exceptional 8/10 ★★★★★★★★☆☆
