Their new album “In Harmony” is a top 10 hit in the UK and today Aled Jones and Russell Watson took time to spread the cheer. The tenors took turns ringing the bells in order to raise awareness about St. Anne’s church in East London. The church restoration is said to be a £3 million project.
The duo spoke to London Live today. Russell said, “I’ve got to say I’ve never bell-rung before so I’m quite excited about that.” While Aled called St. Anne’s “A magnificent building at the heart of a thriving community, everyone should know about it.”
